This policy explains what information Your Fit Guide collects, how we use it, and your choices. The Service is operated from India. Contact: support@example.com. We've built the Service to collect as little as possible — you don't need an account to use it.

1. What we collect

• Your questionnaire answers — your goal, training location, days, experience, diet, regional meal preference, and basic stats (sex, age, weight, height, activity level). Providing your name is optional and is used only to personalize your Plan.
• Reviews you choose to submit — the rating, review text, and optional name you enter. Leaving the name blank posts the review as "Anonymous."
• Payment information — handled entirely by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your card or banking details.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and request details) needed to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not place your personal data in URLs.

2. How we use it

• To generate and deliver your personalized Plan (on-screen and as a PDF).
• To display reviews and to verify and process your payment.
• To operate, maintain, and protect the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How long we keep it

The stats you enter to calculate your Plan are processed transiently to build and deliver it and are not saved to a long-term database; order data is held only briefly and cleared automatically. Reviews you submit are stored until you or we remove them.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run Your Fit Guide:

• Hosting — our hosting provider (Render) runs the application.
• Database — reviews are stored with Supabase.
• Payments — our payment provider processes transactions under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access or delete a review you submitted — just email support@example.com. Because we don't keep your questionnaire stats after your Plan is delivered, there is generally no stored profile of you to retrieve.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
