These Terms govern your use of Your Fit Guide (the "Service") and your purchase of the personalized fitness and nutrition plan it produces (the "Plan"). By using the Service or buying a Plan, you agree to these Terms between you and us ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service provides

Your Fit Guide asks you a series of questions and assembles a personalized training, nutrition, cardio and (optionally) supplement plan from a fixed library of content using deterministic logic. The Plan is delivered on-screen and as a downloadable PDF. It is general educational information tailored to the inputs you provide — it is not created or supervised by a doctor, dietitian, or licensed professional.

2. Not medical advice — your health and safety

The Plan is not medical, dietary, or professional advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. You should consult a doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have a medical condition or injury, are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, or have any history of disordered eating.

• You take part in any activity described in the Plan at your own risk.
• We make no guarantee of any specific result (such as weight, body composition, or performance changes). Results depend on many factors outside our control.
• Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptom.

3. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information; the quality of your Plan depends on it.

4. Your licence to use the Plan

When you purchase a Plan, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own individual, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the Plan or any of the Service's content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

5. Price and payment

The price is shown on the site before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect a purchase already completed.

6. Refunds

The Plan is a digital product delivered instantly, and a free preview is available before you buy so you can see what you're getting. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis — if you're not happy or something went wrong, email us at support@example.com and we'll look into it and do our best to make it right.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, you confirm it is your genuine, honest opinion, and you grant us the right to display, store, and (if needed) remove it. Do not submit anything false, abusive, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may moderate, hide, or delete reviews at our discretion to keep the section genuine.

8. Intellectual property

All content, text, design, and materials in the Service and the Plan are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Your licence under Section 4 does not transfer any ownership to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or the Plan, including reliance on its information. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your Plan.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
